    Yoji Takenaka - President and Chief Executive Officer, North America

    Directing all operations in the United States and Europe, Yoji Takenaka leads D3Publisher as the president and chief executive officer.  Takenaka provides D3P the leadership and experience from his 17 years in the interactive entertainment software industry as an executive in charge of business development and studio management.  Takenaka also serves on the board of directors for D3, Inc. 

    As director of business development at THQ, Inc. Takenaka led the expansion for the WWE brand, the company’s most important product line.  In addition, Takenaka was instrumental in the North American and international market development for more than 45 titles including both the Pride and Britney Spears products.  

    Prior to his tenure at THQ, Inc., Takenaka was vice president of business development at Intermetrics Studio/Looking Glass Studios where he started a development studio that grew to have a workforce of 150 in two years.  Takenaka has also held executive positions with JVC and Turbo Graphics Inc. 

    Takenaka holds a master’s degree from Columbia University in New York and completed his undergraduate work at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. 
     

    Hidetaka Tachibana - Chief Financial Officer, North America

    As chief financial officer, Hidetaka Tachibana brings financial expertise and global vision to the D3Publisher team.  His roles include researching and implementing strategic methods aimed at increasing D3P’s overall profitability in the game market, as well as managing key investor relationships and activities.  

    With more than 12 years of experience in managerial and executive roles, Tachibana posses a proven track record with a variety of financially successful corporations and business entities.  Tachibana previously served as the director of store development and finances and was a board member at NetSquare Co, Ltd in Tokyo, Japan where he implemented store operation and development initiatives as well as managed significant financial responsibilities.  He also served as the director of store development and design at Fed Ex Kinko’s Japan Co., Ltd where he formulated and executed company development projects.  
     

    Alison Quirion - Vice President of Marketing, North America

    Alison Quirion brings more than 15 years of experience in the interactive entertainment software industry to D3Publisher as the vice president of marketing.  Quirion is responsible for all product marketing and public relations for D3P products in North American markets.

    Prior to joining D3P, Quirion was the director of global brand management at THQ, Inc. where she oversaw the marketing team responsible for core games and the Disney/Pixar product line, representing more than $150 million in annual domestic sales.  From 1999 to 2001, Quirion was a senior product manager of core games at THQ, Inc., where she managed the day-to-day marketing and brand development of console, handheld and PC games.

    Quirion worked for Interplay Productions in Irvine, CA from 1995 to 1999 as the product marketing manager of PC and console games where she was responsible for the marketing of more than 50 product launches.  

    Quirion received her bachelor’s degree in communications, with a concentration in advertising from California State University, Fullerton. 
     

    Peter Andrew - Vice President, Product Development – North America

    Peter Andrew joins D3Publisher (D3P) as vice president of product development with more than 19 years of experience in the interactive entertainment industry.  He brings to D3P a sharp sense of what is necessary to continue developing the most cutting edge products in the marketplace.  His immense array of experience as both a programmer and manager will be crucial in his role overseeing all aspects of product management and product planning on a global basis, managing the internal production team and managing relationships with the external development community.  

    Andrew began his career in 1989 and later became the technical director for THQ, Inc. in 2003.  He then moved on to manage central technology for Electronic Arts Canada where he was responsible not only to manage engineers and ensure creation and delivery of all products, but also acted as a mentor to help his employees mature and develop their skill sets to increase creativity to the highest level. 

    Andrew is a Charter Member at the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences.   
     

    Bill Anker - Vice President, Business Development and Licensing, North America and Europe

    Bill Anker brings more than 21 years of experience in the software business to D3Publisher.  In his role as vice president of business development and licensing, Anker will oversee D3P’s content and product acquisition activities on a global basis and manage the company’s relationships with licensors to develop quality interactive entertainment based upon licensed franchise brands. 

    Prior to joining D3P, Anker began his career as a sales rep at Softkat; quickly moving up to become the eastern regional sales manager and helping the company to become the largest distributor of consumer oriented softerware in the world after just 6 years.  Anker then joined Activision as director of channel sales and new business development in 1992 just after it was rebuilding from bankruptcy protection.  Over the next 13 years, Anker was intstrumental in growing the company from 30 employees and $5 million in annual sales to over 1500 employees worldwide and over $1 billion in annual sales as vice president of acquisitions.

    Most recently as vice president of business development for nikitova, Inc; one of the largest game asset outsourcing companies in the world, Anker furthered his enterprenurial skills in one of the fastest growing areas of the the interactive entertainment industry.
